Stewart, Allan F.
Mr. Stewart received his B.A. from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 1969, and his J.D. from St. Louis University in 1972. He is the author of the "Parentage" chapter in Missouri Family Law Fifth Edition and has written extensively on family law matters. Mr. Stewart is Past Chair of the Missouri Bar Family Law Section and is currently Co-Chair of the Missouri Task Force on Children's Justice. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, also the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. He practices as a principal in the firm of BEACH, STEWART, HEGGIE & MITTLEMAN, L.L.C. in Clayton, Missouri.
In addition to domestic relations law and Dissolution of Marriage Mr. Stewart's practice involves paternity and of parentage litigation, adoptions, and surrogate parenting.
